At Pakleet.pk, we want you to have a smooth and reliable online shopping experience in Pakistan. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement according to the conditions below.

🔄 Return & Exchange

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.

• Some products may be non-returnable due to their nature.

📸 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the product

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method and applicable processing procedures.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong or defective product, Pakleet.pk may cover the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, return delivery charges may apply.
